DISCOVERY CALLAfter submitting your inquiry, we’ll begin with a personalized discovery call to connect and explore the vision for your celebration — from aesthetic details to the overall atmosphere you want to create.
We’ll also review important logistics such as guest count, timeline, and investment to thoughtfully recommend the collection that best fits your needs, ensuring we’re fully aligned from the very beginning.
OUR APPROACH TO YOUR DAY FROM Beginning to End
proposalsFollowing our consultation, you will receive a thoughtfully tailored proposal designed around the unique needs of your wedding day. To officially reserve your date, a signed agreement and 50% retainer are required. Should any questions arise, we are always available to guide you. Once your proposal is completed, your date is secured — and we are officially part of your celebration.
PRE-WEDDING PLANNINGClear, intentional communication is at the heart of our process. Approximately one month before your wedding, we will connect for a dedicated planning call to thoughtfully review your vision — from content inspiration and meaningful relationships to the moments that matter most to you. During this time, we will also coordinate directly with your planner and photographer to ensure a seamless, collaborative experience on your wedding day, with every detail carefully considered.
wedding day & deliveryOn your wedding day, we will be present with intention — seamlessly capturing each moment while remaining unobtrusive and respectful of your photography team’s space. As you focus on being fully present with the people you love, we ensure nothing is missed.
By the following morning, you’ll receive an album of your raw footage, with all edited content delivered within 72 hours, allowing you to relive your celebration almost immediately.
